Hi everyone, welcome to Andy Payne State Farm. Thanks for stopping by! I am a lifetime resident of Louisiana and earned my degree from Northwestern State University. I am proud to say that there are 4 boys in the Payne family and 3 of them became State Farm Agents! When I am not working, I enjoy hunting and fishing. I also love spending time with my family and going to my grand kid's ballgames.

I have been an agent since 1981 and have enjoyed the last 44 years. My office is here to assist with all your insurance needs.
